Central Horse News Unaffiliated Show Jumping Championship
10th and 11th May 2008.
Weston Lawns would like to say a big thank you to Central Horse News and
everyone else involved. We hope everyone had a great time!
Avonvale Unaffiliated Show Jumping Award 2007 / 2008
A Brand New Series for Unaffiliated Show Jumping Competitors! Open to competitors entering and
competing in our Unaffiliated Show Jumping shows (Including Fun Eventing) any height of class.
Eligibility:
Open to competitors over 14 year old (As at 1st January 2007) horse or rider not to be registered with the BSJA or British Eventing.
Points System:
Competitors simply take your points card to the entries secretary to allocate the number of points awarded. At the end of the series competitors return the points card to Weston Lawns. The winners will be those with the highest number of points training vouchers will be awarded at the Unaffiliated Championship Show 10th 11th May 2008.
The series will run from 1st July 2007 30th April 2008
Points would be awarded on the following Scale:
1st 10 Points,
2nd 8 Points,
3rd 7 Points,
4th 6 Points,
5th 5 Points,
6th 4 Points.
Entering and competing in a class (regardless of result): 2 Points
Prizes:
Win Lessons with Top Trainer MARIE EDGAR
1st Prize (4 Lessons)
2nd Prize (3 Lessons)
3rd Prize (2 Lessons)
4th Prize (1 Lesson)

Fun Eventing 2007/08.....
Fun Eventing is back this winter with the first show on Sunday 14th October. The event will be run in the same format as our
Unaffiliated SJ, however if competitors jump clear they will immediately continue
into the Jump Off phase the same as a two phase SJ competition.
The obstacles will consist of a mixture of Show Jumps and XC style rustic.
Full schedules are available now with secure online entries.
Arena Eventing 2008.....
Our unaffiliated Arena Eventing starts again on 6th January. Full schedules are
available now with secure online entries.
Online Entries Update.....
Online entries are now live for all events where the shopping basket appears.
Please make sure you read the schedules
thoroughly - riders are responsible for making sure the payment details are
accurate e.g. stabling, hook up and first aid will need to be added to your
entry like a normal paper entry.
We hope you enjoy the new service - below are some quick facts for you!
Making an entry using our Secure Online Entry System couldn't be easier.
Payment is secure and it comes directly to Weston Lawns.
Once you have entered and paid, you will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
Please make sure you check your details & enter the correct amounts in the payment boxes and fill in all necessary fields including First Aid, Stabling & Day Tickets if applicable.
For BSJA & BD events you will require your membership information as per paper entries!
Weston Lawns Affiliated & Family Members will be able to adjust their fees at the end of Shopping to include the discounts (1.50 per class) but you will require your membership information as per paper entries!
Remember - this is the same as completing a paper entry form and it is the riders responsibility to check!
Closing dates will remain the same whether you enter online or by post.
Advance entries will be accepted for all "enter on the day" shows too so you can plan ahead and save precious time on the day.
